Frys Ripoff Update!

So today, to my surprise, almost a week after submitting my complaint to Frys, I got a response.  I can’t believe it, but it almost sounds like they are going to resolve my issue!  I will be surprised if I get my money back….keep checking back to find out!

I sincerely apologize for the incorrect information by our associate and
the mistreatment by our supervisor. A credit request in the amount of
$105.00 has been submitted for review. When approved, the credit will be
issued to the card you used to place the order. Should there be a
problem with the credit request you will be notified. Please allow one
to two billing cycles for the card issuer to report the credit on your
records or check with your credit card company/bank to confirm. Please
let us know if you have any additional questions.
